Privacy Notice

Information you submit. When you submit a homeowner project request or contractor interest form, SCPC may collect the information you provide, such as your name, contact information, project details, company information and other form responses.

How it is used. SCPC uses submitted information to respond to inquiries, evaluate project or contractor fit, coordinate project documentation and referral activity, communicate about the requested service, and maintain reasonable business records.

Contractor referrals. Project information may be shared with participating independent contractors when reasonably necessary to evaluate or pursue a homeowner's requested project. SCPC does not intend to sell personal information as a standalone data product.

Website forms. This website is configured for Netlify Forms. Netlify may process and store form submissions as part of providing the hosting/form service. Your Microsoft 365 email may also receive form-notification emails once notifications are configured in Netlify.

Data minimization. Please do not submit highly sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, financial account credentials, medical information, or passwords through these forms.
