Tell us where the property is, whether the project is interior, exterior, or both, and what you are hoping to accomplish.

SCPC gathers measurements, reference photos, selected project areas, and relevant homeowner preferences.

Contractors estimate
Participating contractors independently review the project information and prepare their own pricing, scope, and terms.

You choose
Compare the estimates you receive and decide whether you want to hire one of the participating contractors. There is no obligation to proceed.
How SCPC gets paid
Complimentary to you, transparent by design.
SCPC does not charge the homeowner a separate fee for the homeowner-facing project documentation and contractor referral service described on this website.
If you select a participating contractor and enter into a customer contract with that contractor, SCPC earns a referral fee directly from the contractor under a separate written agreement.
Contractors independently set their own estimates, pricing, scope, and contract terms. SCPC does not mark up a contractor estimate and does not collect payment from you for the construction work.
No separate SCPC homeowner feeOur referral compensation comes from the contractor you choose if the referral results in a signed customer contract.

Participating contractors are independent businesses. Each contractor decides whether to pursue the opportunity and is solely responsible for its own estimate, licensing, insurance, contract, schedule, workmanship, warranties, and performance.
