Service Disclosure

Space Coast Project Connect (SCPC) is a project documentation and contractor referral service. SCPC may assist homeowners by documenting homeowner-selected project areas, gathering dimensional information and reference photographs, recording project preferences, and connecting project opportunities with independent contractors.

SCPC is not the contractor performing the construction work and does not control an independent contractor's pricing, estimate, scope, licensing, insurance, scheduling, workmanship, means and methods, warranties, contract terms or performance.

Any contractor estimate is prepared independently by that contractor. Any decision to hire a contractor is made by the homeowner. If a homeowner and contractor choose to proceed, their construction agreement is between those parties.

SCPC does not charge homeowners a separate fee for the homeowner-facing project documentation and referral service described on this website. If a homeowner selects a participating contractor and enters into a customer contract with that contractor, SCPC may earn a referral fee directly from the contractor under a separate written agreement. Participating contractors independently establish their own pricing and contract terms; SCPC does not mark up contractor estimates or collect payment for the construction work.

SCPC project documentation is intended to support the referral and estimating process. Contractors remain responsible for verifying project conditions, quantities, measurements, code requirements and all information they consider necessary before entering into their own customer agreement.

SCPC is not holding itself out through this website as a general contractor, home inspector, public adjuster, remediation company, architect, engineer, or legal or financial adviser.

This website provides general information about the SCPC service. Written agreements applicable to a specific referral or contractor relationship control if their terms differ from a general website description.
