Space Coast Project Connect was founded with a vision of giving homeowners a more organized, transparent and accessible way to begin renovation projects. The idea grew from years of seeing how important good measurements, clear project documentation and consistent communication can be before a contractor ever begins work.
SCPC was built to improve that front-end experience. Rather than asking homeowners to navigate every early step alone, the company helps organize the homeowner-selected project area, document relevant details, and connect the opportunity with independent local professionals who can prepare their own estimates.

Founder Lorenzo Crisafulli brings more than five years of prior professional experience in measuring, scope documentation and estimating-related work for both residential and commercial projects.
That background has included work associated with projects ranging from everyday residential needs to projects with total contract values reaching over $3 million.
